Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
• A deposit is required for all new clients to book and goes toward your bill at check-out.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than that may result in a 25% fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
• If you’re running late, please text 814-888-1951. After 15 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule.
• For massage services, late arrivals will result in shortened sessions to stay on schedule.
