All services require a deposit upon booking. This amount will be applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so, we ask for at least 48 hours notice or a 25% cancellation fee will incur. For “No show” appointments, 50% of the service total will be charged. If you are arriving past your appointment time, please call us. 10-15 minutes late, you will be kindly asked to reschedule. This helps to be considerate of others’ appointment times. For massage appointments, this will cut your time short.
